1200x1200_JewelleryTree_Step1Plan and prep. Choose your colour scheme and select your product. If you would like to replicate the design  in this project, simply refer to list above. This tutorial will assume you’ve selected the items in this design.
1200x1200_JewelleryTree_Step2Prep for leaves. To make your leaves or ‘flower buds’ for your tree, you’re going to use Scotch® Expressions Masking Tape, Mint Mosaic. Take a piece of your waxed paper and apply a strip of your Masking Tape on it. Next, take your circle punch and puncture holes as shown on the image below directly over the tape. Make about 25-30 of these circles, which will eventually be applied to the wall. Because Scotch® Expressions Masking Tape, Mint Mosaic is repositionable; you will be fine to remove from the surface of the waxed paper.
1200x1200_JewelleryTree_Step3Tree design. Start using your Scotch® Expressions Washi Tape, Cracked at the base of your tree trunk and determine the best height for your tree. It’s advised to take a look at the length of your necklaces you hope to put on the branches of your jewellery stand. If they’re typically long in length, we suggest to add about 12-14” from the lowest part of your necklace hanging from the lowest branch. Next, cut some pieces of Washi Tape with right angles to replicate tree branches. Choose to make about four branches, and then apply more tape to replicate the twigs from the design pictured.
1200x1200_JewelleryTree_Step4Apply your leaves. Grab your strips of waxed paper that you’ve adhered your Masking Tape to. Start to remove each circle, one-by-one, and adhere to spaces along the tree’s twigs and branches to create your look.

Hook time. Next, it’s time to apply your hooks. Grab one of your Command® Decorating Clips and apply to the ends of the branches. Places as many as required to achieve the look in the photo below (or as many necklaces you want to hang!)

EXPERT TIP. Make sure to use the waxed paper technique as it’s an essential part to getting perfectly shaped circles and saves you lots of time.
1200x1200_JewelleryTree_Step5And there you have it! A unique craft that’s inexpensive, doubles as a functional place for your jewellery and adds a trendy look to your room.
